Warrier brings in over three decades of experience in Consulting and Insurance industry. He established and has been running Conzulting from 2010. Immediately prior to the current stint, Warrier was the Managing Partner of Infosys Consulting India leading a globally deployed team of consultants. He has held Profit Centre responsibilities of globally operating consulting groups during his decade-long tenure with Infosys. Prior to this he has held several positions with the largest Indian General Insurer, with operations in 23 countries. 

Key performance areas managed by him include client service delivery, consulting, operations management, talent management and innovations. He has directly managed projects in North America, Europe, Middle East, South East Asia, Japan, Australia and India. 

Warrier has published articles in several international journals and has been invited to speak in many international and national level conferences.

Warrier is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management, London and holds an Advanced Diploma (ACII) in Insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. In addition, Warrier is a qualified Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Technology.
