Client situation :

Client was a leading general insurance player of Malaysia. They had launched a project to build a core insurance solution partnering with a global IT major

Requirement :

The project required the services of a senior expert who had in-depth understanding of insurance processes, products and enabling technologies.

Project activities :

• Working with the business leaders of the client to prepare an end-state scenario of the business operations & customer experience
• Help the IT major in understanding the domain nuances related to design and building of the system, review design, handhold architect & developers
• Facilitate decision making, issue resolution regarding system design / business requirements
• Facilitate workshops with business leads to freeze requirements and resolve conflicts
